Anthony J. Johnston, Esq.

A proud native of Liverpool, Anthony graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University in 2012, earning Bachelor's degrees in both History and Political Science.  

After, Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015.  Anthony concentrated his legal studies on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax law, and successfully completed the Estate Planning Curricular Program. Additionally, Anthony served as a student attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he assisted Central New Yorkers with cases involving the IRS. He prides himself on having the academic credentials necessary to addressing your concerns.

After law school, Anthony entered public service and began his career at the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office. During his time there,, Anthony tried cases ranging from simple traffic infractions to A level felonies.  Anthony spent years as a member of the Special Victim's Bureau, where he handled some of the county's most high-profile domestic violence and sex abuse cases. 

Before long, Anthony joined the Economic Crime Bureau, where he used his financial and tax knowledge to prosecute the county's most sophisticated financial crimes.  After prosecuting innumerable tax fraud, unemployment fraud, welfare fraud, schemes to defraud, and criminal enterprise cases, Anthony has developed unmatched technical legal analysis and trial advocacy skills that will ensure your rights are protected.

When not in court, Anthony is an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He currently holds the rank of second-degree black belt and volunteers to teach children every weekend.  He also enjoys spending time with his dog and best friend, Hank.

Stephen M. Ganetis, Esq.

Steve lives with his amazing wife, son, and a multitude of animals at their home in the Village of Parish, where he also has the pleasure of serving as the Village Attorney. As Village Attorney, Steve has been able to work directly with elected officials and members of his community in a wide variety of tasks and projects to better the area which he calls home.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Steve distinguished himself both academically and professionally. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Albany in 2006 and went on to secure a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice the following year. Steve then went on to work as a hearing representative in over 2,000 unemployment insurance appeal hearings throughout the country.

Steve then decided to pursue his lifelong dream and went to law school, graduating cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law in December of 2014. While at law school, Steve completed the Estate Planning Curricular Program, served as an intern for the Onondaga County Family Court, and worked within the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and Children’s Rights and Family Law Clinic as a student attorney for multiple semesters as a student attorney.

Since graduation, Steve has zealously represented his clients in an array of different practice areas. Steve’s current focus is Estate Planning and Family Law issues and he currently serves as an Attorney for the Child in Family Law matters. His preparedness, familiarity with the law, and dedication to his clients can readily be seen in every case that he is involved in.
